We also provide home study training courses to international students who are interested in setting up an immigration practice in their home country to provide UK immigration advice and services to visitors and migrants to the UK.
If you are interested in setting up your own immigration practice in your home country to provide U.K. immigration advice and services to individuals and businesses, you do not have to be authorised by the regulatory bodies in the UK. Your representations on behalf of your clients will be accepted by the UK Border Agency (UKBA) in the U.K. and the British High Commission/Embassy in your country.
The only regulatory requirement which you may have to comply with (if any) is that of your own country. In this regard, you are reminded to check with your relevant government body or seek legal advice to ensure that you will not fall foul of any domestic legislation in your country by setting up an immigration practice.
The training we provide to national and international students is nevertheless, at the same high standard. The only significant difference is that UK students will be subjected to external assessment in order to get authorisation before being allowed to provide immigration advice, whereas international students will not. This will clearly give international students many advantages.
